pairing: soft yandere!bakudekutodo x willing!reader
genre: fluff, poly au, pro hero, gender neutral reader
synopsis: there's nothing more relaxing than taking a nice, hot bubble bath when you have the entire apartment to yourself with your playlist playing and the bathroom door locked.
word count: 4.8k
꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷
The apartment is quiet and empty for the entire day since this morning, and you seized the chance for some much needed alone time. SWV’s Rain is playing from your bluetooth speaker, set on a low volume, softly bouncing echoes around the bathroom walls. You dipped your fingers under the running tap to test the temperature.
Hot. Perfect.
Smiling and humming to yourself, you pour in the scented bubble bath. As the bubbles formed a delicate, foamy blanket covering the tub, you turned off the tap.
You strip off your robe and sink slowly into the piping hot bubble bath. You let out a sigh of relief as you submerged your entire body into the bathtub, keeping your head above water. Thanks to your boyfriends’ unrelenting remodeling of the entire house, especially the bathroom, your bathtub is now big enough to be a sensory pod. You closed your eyes  and let out another relaxing sigh, letting your body float and sway with the water.
“Fuck…” you moan. “I really needed this.”
You can’t remember the last time you had a bubble bath let alone the apartment all to yourself. Your boyfriends had to leave super early in the morning, leaving you alone once again. You wished you could enjoy your days out like before, but you had a feeling your boyfriends would tie you to the bed and never let you out ever again. Though you did have sun, or as much fun as you could, running small errands.
“I fucking love bubble baths!” you yell, splashing around and pumping your fist.
After floating and soaking in the comforting scent, you raise up and reach for your new book you bought this afternoon. You lean back and sigh again.
“Haah… this is the shit right here. All alone, 90’s R&B playing, and the latest new smut to hit the shelves for desperate housewives.”
You flip open the book and begin to read:
“In the barn where the shadows danced along the wooden walls, she walked alone, veiled in candle light. Her heart beat in a melodic rhythm longing to have a partner join in.”
“Ooh~. A spicy slow burn~.”
You continued reading, losing yourself in the novel and feeling your muscles relax in the water. For a while, nothing else existed but you, your hot bubble bath, your music, and the story unfolding in your hands.
That is, until you heard the front door of the apartment open and close. You lowered your book a bit and listened out for the sounds of who came home. You’re immediately dreading the inevitable. There’s a good reason you wanted to take this bath alone. You heard a voice call softly. The master bathroom is a bit far from the entrance. Soft beats of feet quickly turned into panicked thuds. Thuds that sounded like running. The thuds came to a halt outside the bathroom door and the doorknob jiggled stiffly/ You must’ve locked the door on instinct.
“(Y/N)?” A gentle but panicked voice called out, a bit muffled. Izuku Midoriya, the number one hero of Japan. You smile to yourself, hearing his worry. The man can knock down a building using only his pinky but can look so cute while doing it. His baby face doesn’t match his buff and scarred body and you often tease him about it, calling him the baby-faced hero.
‘It’s rare that he’s home first. That’s surprising…’ you think to yourself. A knock brought you out of your thoughts.
“Baby… are you in there?” he asked, sounded even more worried the longer you stayed silent. There’s no point in staying silent. Not only is the locked door a dead giveaway that you’re in here, but Lauryn Hill’s Ex-Factor is echoing throughout the bathroom.
“Yeah, baby. I'm in here.” you answer. “How was your day? It’s rare that you’re the first one home.”
“Oh! Good. And yeah! Things ended early at the agency so I came home as soon as I could.”
Jiggle Jiggle
“Oh really? That’s even rarer! You’re really lucky.”
Jiggle Rattle Jiggle
“Yeah! And I have even tomorrow off so we can spend all morning sleeping in together!”
Rattle Rattle Jiggle
“That’ll be fun! It’s been a while since you had a day off.”
BANG
There’s a pause on the other side of the door.
“Baby…” His voice is quiet. “Why is the door locked?”
“Because I’m in here?” you chuckle at the question. “I’m taking a bubble bath.”
“Oh, I see.” It got quiet again. “Can you come out please?”
You sigh, knowing this would happen eventually but you thought you’d be done and at least clothed. Izuku is the clingiest one out of your boyfriends, a close second to a certain icy-hottie. “I would, buuut I just got in and it’s a bit ridiculous to get out the tub, dry off, welcome you home, and get back in the tub.”
“I can get in the bathtub with you!” Izuku is no longer turning the doorknob. It sounds more like he’s pushing his weight onto the door.
“Izuku, I would really like some alone time right now.”
“What.” His tone sounded somewhere between hurt and distressed. “Are you saying you don’t want to be with me? What’re you doing in there? Are you doing something that you don’t want me to see? Why would you have the door locked in our house? What’re you hiding from me? I don’t like secrets, (Y/N). (Y/N)? Open the door. Why aren’t you saying anything? Are you really hiding something from me? You can open the door for me, right? If you can open the door that means that you have nothing to hide, right? I want to hug you and kiss you so much. Don’t you want to kiss me too? Don’t you love me anymore? Open the door please…!”
Loud banging rattled the walls as Izuku forcefully tried to get in the bathroom, muttering his feelings out loud. You, on the other hand, remained calm. You’ve dealt with this situation before and knew how to handle his spirals. You also know that the door isn’t going to budge even with Japan's strongest hero banging down on it.
“Hey Izu?” you called out, sweetly. “You’re not trying to use your quirk to break down the door, are you?”
The banging and rattling immediately stopped and was followed by a long pause.
“H-Huh?”
“Right. You wouldn’t do that because you know that during the remodeling you replaced all the doors and windows with a specific material that can’t be broken or shattered by any quirk including abnormal strength quirks, right?” You try to mask your teasing tone, but can’t help but slyly smile, imagining the embarrassed look on his face.
“N-No! I mean yes! I do remember that…” he mumbled sheepishly.
You stifle a giggle. Izuku is always fun to tease. “Zuzu. How about we make a deal?”
“A deal?”
“Yeah. If you set a time for an hour I promise, even when the rest of the boys come home first, you will be the first one to get welcome home hugs and kisses.”
This is a big deal in the apartment. It’s become routine that when the boys come home you greet them with a hug and kisses. Normally, only a certain hothead has been the reigning champion of that routine since they’re always the first one home. Izuku has always wanted to be the first one home so he can love you first, but his schedule never gave him the opportunity, having to settle for second place and, sometimes, third place. You can tell from the happy mumblings behind the door that he’s ecstatic about it, however…
“An hour? I don’t know if I can wait for an hour.” he whined.
You hum and think for a minute. “Okay, how about 45 minutes? You can get started on dinner so the time goes by faster. I’d really love it if you made me your delicious Karaage.”
“Okay! It’s a promise! I’ll get started right away!” You can hear the excitement in his voice as his footsteps headed towards the kitchen.
You laugh lightly at your goofy boyfriend and relax back into the tub, reopening your book.
꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷
Time passed and you are at a particularly steamy moment in the novel –
“Farmhand Ben ran his calloused fingers through her hair – his hot breath causing a shiver to run down her spine. This feeling was new to Dorothy. Sparks of heat were radiating from her womanhood that couldn’t be smothered by the stormy flood that soaked her cotton panties. Her nipples stood erect at the scent of a dominant man’s musk.”
“...Her what now?”
Suddenly, the front door slammed shut and heavy and impatient footsteps could be heard throughout the apartment. You jump at the sudden noise only to calm down once you recognize the shouting – Bakugou Katsuki, your second boyfriend and Japan’s number two hero. His shouts can be heard all the way to the bathroom. Again, the kitchen and the master bathroom is far so the fact you could hear him only made it more prominent how loud he’s being. You roll your eyes when you hear him shout at Izuku.
“Oi! (Y/N)! Where the hell are you?!”
Normally, Bakugou is the first one home so it’s become routine that you’re the first one he sees and he’s the first one to receive a welcome home hug and kiss. He always brags about it to make the others jealous.
You groan inwardly. You love your boyfriend, but sometimes he’s too damn loud. Before you could respond, Bakugou’s already in front of the bathroom door, hammering and rattling the door and doorknob harder than Izuku had. Izuku must’ve told him where you were.
“Welcome home, Katsuki.” you greet nonchalantly.
“Don’t fuck with me! What the hell’re you doing in there with the door locked?!” he asked, his voice full of aggression and annoyance. Typical Bakugou.
“I’m doing my taxes.”
“(Y/N).” he warned.
“I’m taking a bubble bath, Katsuki.”
“Why the hell are you taking a bath?!”
“Um, to smell good obviously.”
“Then why don’t you take a shower, dumbass?!”
“I’m not having this argument with you again!”
Another big bang came from behind the door.
“Get the hell out here! I want my hugs and kisses!” he demanded.
“I’m kinda naked and wet right now!”
“You’re always fucking wet and naked!”
Blushing, you stuttered and quickly changed the subject. “D-Didn’t you yell at Izu yesterday for tracking water on the bathroom floor after his shower?”
“That’s different! That shitty nerd can barely dry his hair and he’s always wandering around the house half-dry!”
You sigh heavily and lean back, resting your head against the edge of the tub. You refuse to let his temper ruin your mood. “Well, I’m not done yet. I’ll give you a proper ‘welcome home’ when I’m done, okay? Just be patient.”
A tense silence filled the air only lightened a bit by your music before he spoke again. “I’m not in the mood to be ignored, babe.”
“I’m not ignoring you! I just want to take a bubble bath in peace.”
You hear the muffled popping of his quirk against the door. Bakugou is a very needy person. Clingy and needy might sound the same, but between Izuku and Bakugou it’s a huge difference. Izuku is the clingy type in the same sense that he pleads and holds onto you 24/7 begging for kisses and whispering ‘i love you’s’ all day long. Bakugou is the needy type to where if you forget to give him a kiss once he’ll have a temper tantrum and demand double kisses and never let you forget it again. Whatever he wants is a need and whatever he needs he wants. You sigh again quietly hearing the muffled booms get louder and louder, the slight smell of smoke seeping into the bathroom.
“Hey Katsuki?”
“Hah?!”
“I’d really love it if you made us your spicy ramen for dinner tonight.”
“Haah?!!”
“If you make it, I promise that as soon as I’m done I’ll give you double the kisses and sit on your lap during dinner.”
There was a pause as the booms came to a stop. “You promise?”
“I promise.” you reassure.
He let out a huff. “Tch, fine! But you better keep your damn promise! Or I’m busting this damn door down!”
With that, he stormed off, grumbling loudly under his breath. You knew he wouldn’t really break down the door. Not only because it was an idle threat, but also because after Izuku made the windows and doors virtually unbreakable, he hired someone to make the doors fire retardant as well. You remember him calling Izuku an idiot for not thinking about the “obvious”. You returned back to your book, raising the volume of Mary J. Blige’s I’m Going Down slightly to drown out Bakugou’s yelling.
꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒦꒷
You lost track of time as you continued to read your novel, nearly reaching the end:
“Dorothy ran away from the ranch that night. Ran away from the barn where she became a woman. Ran away from Farmhand Ben. Ran away from the only place she ever called home. She couldn’t describe the betrayal she felt nor the heartbreak that racked her body. Heavy rain poured down on Dorothy’s small frame, soaking her white attire. She ran far on the winding dirt road, her breasts bobbing boobily with every bounce. Her nipples twirling–”
“Okay, what the actual fuck am I reading? Who the fuck wrote this?” You look at the front and back of the book. “T.I.A Morison? …There’s no picture either? Oh my god, this was written by a fucking man, wasn’t it?!”
“(Y/N), are you in there?” A soft voice called out to you, surprising you from your rant. Shoto Todoroi, your third boyfriend, is finally home. You were so wrapped up in this shitty smut that you didn’t hear the front door or his footsteps approaching the bathroom door.
“Oh, yeah Shoto. I’m in the bath,” you answer, placing your book down on the floor. “Welcome home.”
“I’m home.”
“...”
“...”
“Shoto?” you called out, wondering why he’s being silent. “Do you need something?”
“I need you.” he answered, quickly and bluntly.
You laugh. “I’m taking a bubble bath right now, honey. Can you wait until I finish?”
He pauses before speaking again. “I heard you talking about a man.”
“Oh yeah.” you grumbled, thinking to yourself that you should return the book tomorrow.
“Why?”
“Um…”
“Are you thinking of other men? Why were you shouting about another man? Is that why the door is locked?”
You sigh to yourself. Shoto is the most obsessive out of the other two with a big mix of clingy and needy. He’d burn down an apartment building at the slightest mention of you being chilly. He’s actually the one that “suggested” that you stay at home. Well, his actual first suggestion is to keep you locked in the bedroom so you won’t get hurt wandering the apartment.
“Answer me, (Y/N).” An icey bitterness blows from under the door and sends a chill down your spine, making you sink a little deeper into the now lukewarm water.
“Woah, calm down, honey.” you soothe. “I was just talking about the author of this novel I’m reading. Clearly there are men walking this earth that don’t know a goddamn thing about female anatomy!” You’re getting riled up thinking about the paragraph.
“So… you aren’t thinking about men?”
“Absolutely not. You, Katsuki, and Izuku are all I think about.”
“Prove it.”
“Um… prove what?”
“Prove that you weren’t thinking about another man. Show me the book.”
“Haah… Shoto, baby… I know that’s just a ploy to get me to open the door, but I promise that once I’m done, I’ll show you the book so that you can burn it because honestly it’s not even worth the hassle of returning it.”
“...”
“Shoto?”
“I don’t like this.”
“Hm? Don’t like what?”
“Talking to this door and… only hearing your voice. I want to see you and touch you and hold you when we talk. I don’t like it when you’re away from me.” he explained, a pleading tone evident in his voice. “It makes me… anxious.”
You feel a bit guilty. Shoto’s always the last one home so he’s always in last place to everything happening in the relationship. Cuddles, kisses, hand holding, movie nights, dinner times, date nights, etc.. Even though he never mentioned it, you always got the feeling he felt left out when it came to together and alone time since Bakugou and Izuku would swoop up and steal you. Especially during bedtime.
“I’m sorry, Sho. I didn’t mean to make you anxious.” you apologize. “To make it up to you, I will… cuddle you for the next 3 nights and make you your favorite food for those days as well. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.”
“You promise?” he asked, his voice soft.
“I promise.” you replied.
Just then, rapid footsteps approached the door.
“(Y/N)! (Y/N)! It’s been 45 minutes! Remember your promise!” Izuku announced, knocking impatiently.
“Yeah yeah! Okay, I’m getting out now.”
꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷
You emerged from the bedroom and walked into the living room, fully dried off and wearing Shoto’s shirt with your comfy dolphin shorts. You smile seeing all your boyfriends setting up the table in their own casual pajamas. Thank goodness this apartment had more than one bathroom. Once Katsuki notices you, he groans and rolls his eyes, making his way to you.
“Fucking finally! Thought you were gonna be in there all night!” He raises his arms to hug you, but you stop him.
“Nuh-uh.” You step aside.
“Huh?! The fuck you mean “nuh-uh”?!”
“Izuku got home first and I promised him that I would greet him first.”
You walk up and hug your smiley freckled boyfriend. Katsuki clicked his tongue.
“Shitty Deku! Don’t think you’re hot shit just ‘cause you got home first! If I weren’t busy dealing with idiots and shitty villains, I’d be home first! I’ll be here first tomorrow so fall back behind me, shitnerd!”
“I just got lucky to get home first, Kacchan. Don’t be selfish.” Izuku responded calmly with a smirk. He cupped your cheek and placed a gentle kiss on your lips.
“I missed you…” he murmured into your shoulder, placing soft kisses along your clavicle.
“It was only 45 minutes, silly.” you say with a laugh. “But I missed you too.”
Izuku raised his face to look at you with a soft look in his eyes that still had a hint of neediness in them. “Yeah, but it felt like forever…” he mumbled, reluctantly letting you after a few minutes.
Katsuki stared at you intensely as you approached him. He hates being in second place, especially to Izuku. His usual scowl fixed to his face, but you know deep down he’s just as eager to get a kiss from you as the others.
“Took you long enough, dumbass.” he grumbled, his hands immediately settling on your waist and pulling you in close.
You roll your eyes playfully and wrap your arms around his neck. “Yeah, yeah. Sorry to keep you waiting.”
He clicked his tongue and leaned in close, his lips barely touching yours. “Damn right, you should be.” he muttered, his expression softening as he leaned in for a kiss. His kisses are rough and demanding, but have an unmistakable sense of warmth and neediness. As promised, you gave him double the kisses which he took full advantage of, taking his chances to shoot boastful glares at a jealous Izuku. When he finally pulled back, he pressed his forehead against yours and stared lovingly in your eyes.
“Lock me out again and I’ll destroy every damn door in this place, got it?” he ordered, his voice taking on a commanding tone.
“Got it.” you whisper back, giving him one last peck on the nose before moving onto Shoto.
Shoto’s gaze remains unwavering as you approach him, his heterochromatic eyes staring deeply into your soul. He didn’t say a word, just simply grabbed onto your waist with a firm grasp.
“I’m home.” he whispered softly, possessiveness in his tone as he smiled at you. Before you can greet him back, he quickly leaned in and captured your lips with a slow, deep kiss that left you breathless. His cool fingers traced the line down your back causing a shiver to run down your spine. He chucked against your lips, savoring the shivers from your body pressed against him. When he pulled back, he buried his face in your neck. “Next time, let me in with you. I can’t stand being away from you too long.”
You chuckle softly and nod. “Alright. I’ll keep that in mind.”
With all three of them satisfied – at least for now – you pulled away and looked at your chefs for tonight’s dinner.
“Now, can we eat?” you ask, licking your lips. “I’m starving and the food smells soo good.”
Izuku nods eagerly, his eyes brightening. “Yes, of course! I hope you like it! I tried really hard to make it extra yummy for you!”
Bakugou sucked his teeth and crossed his arms. “If it tastes like shit, I’m killing you, shitty nerd!”
You giggle lightly at the banter happening between two of your boyfriends and take a seat next to Bakugou as promised, which made him smirk in silent pride. He nearly pulled you into his lap, that’s how close he wanted you next to him. However, you weren’t focused on that. You were focused on the delicious aroma of fried chicken and spicy ramen that filled the living room. The combination of food in front of you makes your mouth water and the table is soon filled with the chattering of chopsticks and the satisfied slurps and hums of approval.
“Mm! You really outdid yourself, Izu!” you exclaim between bites, munching eagerly on the chicken. “This is amazing!”
“I’m glad you like it! I tried my best!” Izuku beamed, a light blush dusting his cheeks.
Katsuki huffed. “It’s not that amazing. It’s under-seasoned and the chicken is chewy as hell.”
Yet, you saw that he continued to eat the non-amazing chicken. “Aww~! Are you jealous, Ka-tsu-ki~?” you tease.
A bright red blush covered Bakugou’s cheeks and the tip of ears. “H-Hah?! Fucking no!”
“I love your spicy ramen too, Katsuki. You’re such an amazing chef.” Sometimes it helps to stroke his ego to yield his jealousy.
Bakugou huffed again, clearly pleased with your praise, but trying to play it off. “Of course it’s good. I made it, didn’t I?”
You laugh at his tsundere-like response, but before you could tease him anymore, Izuku interjected. “So, how was your day, (Y/N)? What did you do while we were out?”
“Oh, not much.” you answer, taking a bit of spicy ramen. “Just ran a few errands, went to the bookstore, not much else.”
They all stopped immediately and gave you varying looks of surprise and concern.
Shoto raises his eyebrow. “You went outside?”
“Mhm.”
“By yourself?”
“Yeah, but just for a bit.” you reassure, already sensing the possessiveness radiating from them. “Plus, I wasn’t gone all day. Maybe 2 or 3 hours max and just to a couple of stores.”
Each of your boyfriends exchanged knowing looks as you continued.
“Oh! I also ran into Sero and Kaminari while I was out.”
That set them off. Izuku’s eyes darkened at the mention of their names, small lines of smoke rose from Shoto, and Bakugou scowled harshly, snapping his chopsticks in half and pulling you closer to him tightly.
“Those two extra?” Bakugou growled irritably. “What the fuck did they want with you?”
“They just said hi and asked how everyone was doing,” you tell them, shrugging. “Oh! And Kaminari said that there’s going to be a drinking party this Friday and they want you to come, Katsuki. He said Mina, Kirishima, and Ochako are gonna be there too–”
“Fuck that!” he spat. “Why the hell would I want to waste my time with those bastards when I can come home and drink for free and be with people I actually care about?!”
“Aw Bakubabe–”
“Shut the fuck up, Icy-hot!”
“Well, they knew you would say that so they told me to tell you that they're gonna go ahead and reserve the restaurant anyway. They didn’t tell me the name because they were afraid you’d call and cancel, but they did say that it was a place that had your credit card on file.”
Tiny sparks popped from Bakugou’s clenched fist, burning his broken chopsticks. “Those damn bastards…”
Shoto’s expression remained neutral, but the grip on his chopsticks tightened, freezing it nearly solid. “I don’t like the idea of you going out alone.” Shoto said firmly.
Izuku, trying to stay calm but visibly anxious, chimed in as well. “I agree with Todoroki! W-What if something happened to you and we couldn’t get to you? There’s been an increase in villain attacks lately and I’d never forgive myself if–”
“Woah there, Zuzu. Breathe, all of you. Nothing happened I swear. I was careful and made sure to stay in the safe areas. Besides, I’m pretty capable of defending myself with all the stuff you guys gave me. The pepper spray, taser, pocket knives, mace, bear mace, brass knuckles, brass knuckles with a taser in it–”
“W-What?! I never gave you any of that stuff!”
“I gave it to them. You can never be too cautious with these fucking people.” Katsuki grumbled, his grip tightening on your thigh.
“Katsuki’s right. And I promise, it was just a quick trip. I just didn’t want to be cooped up inside all day. I really don’t mind staying inside, but I really had an itch to go outside today. I’ve even read every book in this house, even the manual for the dishwasher, refrigerator, and toaster oven which is why I went to the bookstore. Oh, that reminds me. Shoto sweetie, I need you to burn a book for me.”
Bakugou grumbled something under his breath, still clearly annoyed, but he didn’t push it further since the bigger problem of Sero and Kaminari abusing his card in a random restaurant made him angrier. Shoto’s gaze lingered on you a bit longer before he sighed and nodded, accepting your explanation.
“Wait… burn your book?”
To ease the tension, Izuku quickly perked up. “Oh! I know! Since I’m off tomorrow, if you want, how about we go on a date? Just the two of us.” His eyes sparkled with excitement.
You smile at him. “We haven’t been out together in a while. I’d love that.”
“Yay! It’s a date!” he exclaimed, giddy with anticipation.
The rest of dinner became relaxed again as you all talked about your day, the current hero gossip, and the latest on villain activity in the city.
꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷꒦꒷
After dinner, you all heated to bed. As promised, you cuddled up next to Shoto, who’s already lying under the covers waiting for you. He pulled you into his embrace the moment you slipped into bed, his blend of cool and hot soothing you.
“I’ve been looking forward to this since dinner.” Shoto whispered against your ear, his breath tickling your neck and sending shivers down your spine. His grip on you is firm, almost like he’s staking his claim on you, but there’s a gentleness in how he holds you close.
You snuggled closer into him, feeling his heartbeat steady against your back. “I promised, didn’t I?” you murmured back, smiling.
Meanwhile, Izuku and Bakugou stood at the foot of the bed, looking at you two with a mixture of resignation and jealousy. Izuku pouted, clearly wanting to be the one holding you and Bakugou just crossed his arms, clicking his tongue in annoyance.
“Tch! You’re hogging them, you icy-hot bastard.” Katsuki complained.
Shoto simply closed his eyes, content with having you in his arms. “You’ll get your turn in 3 days.” he sighed calmly.
“What the hell?!”
“3 days?! That’s not fair!”
“A promise is a promise, Zuku. Don’t be selfish.” you say, throwing his words back at him.
It was Izuku’s turn to huff with a pout. He climbed into bed, facing you while Bakugou settled in behind him. “Fine,” he grumbled, a pout on his adorable lips. “but I’m not letting you get away with this again.” He reached out his hand to gently touch your, interlocking your fingers with his. Katsuki grunted in agreement, sleep taking over him.
As the night grew quiet, the soft sound of their breathing lulled you to sleep. Shoto’s arms were wrapped securely around you and Izuku intimately held your hand even in deep sleep. Bakugou’s soft snoring even sounded melodic. Their combined warmth surrounded you in a cocoon of affection.
Maybe next time you’ll invite them to your next bubble bath.

⁝ KATSUKI BAKUGOU, SHOTO TODOROKI, IZUKU MIDORIYA !
description: after an encounter with a villain, you find yourself under their control
content warning: profanity; y/n stabs herself; brainwashed; not romantic; 1.1K words
The moon hangs low over Musutafu, casting shadows that dance in the stillness of the night. In the middle of an abandoned warehouse stands you, eyes glazed over with a crimson glaze.
Though you can’t control your movements, your thoughts are still your own. You know you’re under a quirk, but you can’t seem to voice that to the three men standing in front of you.
“Y/n,” you hear a voice bounce around the walls of your mind, chilling you down to the core. “Eliminate them. Show no mercy.”
Your eyes flash briefly with recognition as you look at them all individually. They’d tracked you to this desolate place after you’d disappeared from the scene of a crime performed by some low level criminal.
With your expression a mask of detachment, you take a step towards them. Turmoil rages inside of you as they exchange glances. Involuntarily, your body shifts into a fighting stance.
“Y/n,” Midoriya says, brows furrowed. Though his voice is muffled, you can hear the desperate tinge to his voice. “You can fight this. Come on, Y/n. You’re stronger than this.”
His plea’s fall deaf on your ears as you lunge forward, fist pulled back, ready to attack. Of course, he dodges it, jumping to the other side of the room. You know he doesn’t want to hurt you.
Your teeth grit and your gaze shoots over to Todoroki. You can see frost escaping his mouth as he stares at you, eyes narrowed. “We can help you,” he says, voice unwavering. He’s always had a strong head in battle. “Listen to us, Y/n.”
From beside him, Bakugou’s fists crackle with small explosions. His jaw and fists are clenched, chest heaving lightly. The usual fiery look in his eyes is dimmed by concern for you.
“No mercy,” the voice in your head says again.
You move forward again, feet moving faster than you ever thought they could. You almost make it to Todoroki before he lets out a blast of ice, freezing you in your spot for the moment.
“Damn it,” Bakugou growls. He rushes up behind you, capturing your arms behind you. You struggle against him, but his grip is too tight. “Snap out of it, for fucks sake!”
You try to say something, but when your mouth opens nothing comes out. You want to yell, scream, shout— anything that will give them a sign that you’re still there. All you can do is try to pull away from Bakugou.
Midoriya and Todoroki jog up to you two, brows furrowed in concern. “This is bad,” Midoriya says, shaking his head. “We… we need to find the person controlling her. If- if we find them, this stops.”
“Yeah,” Todoroki nods firmly. “But we don’t know where they are. Or how far their quirk can reach. He could be in this building, or across the city.”
“Get up,” the voice grits out. You can tell they’re getting angry. “Get out of his arms and fight, god damn it.”
With a growl, you rip out of Bakugou’s arms, whipping around and bringing your fist down across his jaw. He staggers back and you begin an onslaught of attacks against him.
Your limbs ache with every punch you make, every step you take. Your body is so tired, all you want to do is lie down. Finally, the attacks stop when Midoriya wraps his arms around your torso and slams you onto the ground.
In the haze of the attack, your breathing stills. Memories of UA float to the surface of your mind, almost overriding the control of the criminal.
Getting ice cream with Uraraka, going to the zoo with Denki and Sero, training with Todoroki.
“I-“ you strain, the air still gone from your lungs. You still can’t move your body, but you try to talk again. “I c- can’t-“ you can feel tears sting at the back of your eyes.
“You can,” Midoriya says, coming to stand above you. His brows are still pinched together in concern as he sticks his hand out to you. “Come on, Y/n, fight it.”
“No,” the voice says, tone harsher. “No, get up! Get up and attack!”
You kick him in the chest and he stumbles back. You rush to your feet, eyes landing on Todoroki once again. Without hesitation, he produces ice at your feet, freezing you in place.
“To- doro- ki-“ you stutter out, wobbling in place. Your body still tries to move, tries to attack him, but you’re trying your damnedest to talk to them.. “Ice- icicle. M- ake one.”
His brows furrow, but he does as you say, making a sharp icicle. “What… what do I do with it?” He asks quietly, taking a few steps towards you.
With every ounce of willpower you have in your body, you slip through the invisible chains that hold you under the voice's control and reach out to grab the icicle. With the amount of force you grabbed it with, you sink it into your stomach with a scream.
“What the fuck?!” Bakugou exclaims, rushing to your side. “What the hell's wrong with you?”
You keel over in pain, finally free from the villain's quirk. “Shit,” you hiss, hand gripping your side. “That was such a bad idea.”
They three men blink at you for a moment, before Midoriya squats down beside you and puts a hand on your back. “Y/n? Are you…”
“I’m back,” you nod, looking up at him. You give him a pained smile. “I- okay, hospital. Bleeding.”
Midoriya nods, too, now. “Right. Yeah, right. Of course. Todoroki, can you help me get her out of your ice?”
Midoriya puts his arms under your armpits and lean back on him as Todoroki melts the ice around your feet. You fall back on him as the last of the ice disappears.
“Jesus Christ,” Bakugou sighs, running a hand down his face. “You might be the dumbest person I know.”
“Hey, it worked, didn’t it?” You laugh, but it’s cut off as a sharp pain shoots through your side. “Hospital.”
Midoriya and Todoroki put both your arms over their shoulders and begin to walk out of the building. Behind you, you hear Bakugou talking into comms.
“Yeah, she’s fine. We’re on our way to the hospital. I did say she was fine, but she got stabbed. No, not by the villain. No, not by us either. Yes, she stabbed herself. I don’t fucking know, ask her. I am not doing the damn report for this. No, fuck you. Make Deku do it.”

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀𓂅⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Midoriya Izuku x AFAB!Reader with a fawn Quirk
.....
Izuku’s dorm room was filled with the soft amber glow of his desk lamp, casting a cozy warmth over the walls covered in hero posters and personal memorabilia. You sat cross-legged on his bed, smiling softly as he animatedly flipped through his notes, pointing out drawings and theories with a passion that seemed to set his eyes alight.
“…so, I guess that’s what fascinates me so much about quirks that alter someone’s physical form. Like Tsuyu-chan! She’s developed abilities that make her adaptable to so many situations—on land, underwater, high places,” he gushed, eyes sparkling with admiration. He moved on to mention quirks like Mirko’s remarkable rabbit agility and speed, Hawks’ feathered wings with all their hidden abilities, and finally… he paused, looking over at you, hesitant but with a trace of wonder in his expression.
“…And yours. I just think it’s incredible how graceful you are. There’s something different about the way you move, how attuned you seem to your surroundings. It’s like…” He trailed off, almost bashful, rubbing the back of his neck as he fumbled for words. “It’s like you’re connected to something beyond what we can see. I don’t know, maybe it sounds strange, but I’d love to understand it better. If that’s okay?”
You blinked, heart swelling at his openness and curiosity. His enthusiasm for quirks always inspired you, but hearing him speak so intently about yours had a different effect. You leaned forward, smiling gently.
“Why don’t you explore it yourself?” you offered, the suggestion so natural that it slipped out before you could second-guess it. “It might help your research if you could… well, take a closer look.”
Izuku’s eyes widened, cheeks flooding with color. “W-Wait, really? You’d… let me? I mean, here? Now?”
You nodded, a calm reassurance in your expression. “Yes. I trust you, Izuku. Besides, if it’ll help with your analysis, I’m happy to assist.”
“Right. Right, of course! Purely for research,” he stammered, trying to steady his nerves. With a deep breath, he inched closer, his fingers hovering just above your shoulders, hesitating. “This is… okay?”
You offered him a soft nod, and, at last, he began to reach out, his touch light as a feather at first, as if afraid to disturb something precious. His fingertips traced along the faint contours of your collarbone, where your skin bore subtle markings unique to your quirk. He’d always found these hints of animalistic strength mesmerizing, even in his sketches and notes. Up close, he seemed even more awestruck.
“This is… incredible,” he murmured, voice hushed with reverence. His fingertips followed the delicate tracings of darker pigmentation on your shoulders and arms—markings reminiscent of the patterns found on young fawns, subtle but unmistakably present. “It’s like these patterns… they almost mirror actual fawn spots. I wonder if they have any evolutionary purpose, like camouflage? Have you ever noticed if they shift in different seasons or adapt to your surroundings?”
You chuckled, unable to hide your amusement. “Not that I’ve noticed. But I do have enhanced senses, so maybe it’s just as useful that way.” His fingers brushed over a slight ridge along your shoulder, evidence of a minor quirk-related adjustment beneath the skin, and you saw his gaze sharpen with fascination.
“Your shoulders,” he observed, his voice soft and analytical, “they’re slightly more developed, like there’s an extra layer of muscle. It’s so subtle, but… is that how you can leap as high as you do?”
You nodded, impressed by his insight. “Exactly. I don’t even realize it sometimes, but it’s there. Helps with balance and power.” You could feel his hands relax as he grew more absorbed, each touch more confident, his focus trained on understanding rather than hesitation.
For a moment, he was lost in his analysis, fingertips exploring the faint curve of your spine and the sinewy strength you carried. There was a purity to his admiration—his complete and genuine awe of your abilities—and it warmed you to see him immersed in discovering this side of you.
And then, he stilled, drawing his hands back with a shy laugh. “I, uh… sorry. I got a little carried away.”
You shook your head, still smiling. “I don’t mind. Actually, Izuku, would it be okay if I… looked at you, too?”
His face reddened immediately, and he seemed to shrink back, rubbing the back of his neck in a nervous reflex. “Uh… m-me? I mean… I… I don’t think there’s much to see.” He glanced down, his voice faltering. “It’s mostly just scars. Nothing like… like yours. I mean, there’s not much that’s…”
He trailed off, unable to bring himself to finish, and your heart softened. “Izuku,” you said gently, reaching out to take his hand, “these scars are part of you, too. They’re part of everything that makes you who you are. I’d like to see them, if you’d let me. I promise, I won’t judge. I just… want to understand more about you.”
He looked at you, and in his eyes, there was something so vulnerable, so open that it took your breath away. Slowly, he nodded, taking a shaky breath as he lifted his shirt, revealing the map of scars that crisscrossed his chest and torso—signs of battles and struggles, reminders of his journey.
Your hand hovered just above his skin, taking in the raw evidence of everything he’d been through. Carefully, you let your fingers rest over a thin, jagged scar running along his collarbone.
Izuku’s voice softened, almost as if he were telling you a secret. Maybe because, well, he was. “That one… it’s from the Hero Killer, Stain. When he attacked Iida in Hosu City, I… I knew I couldn’t just stand by. We were just supposed to be training, but I couldn’t let him hurt anyone else.”
You nodded, fingers tracing over the scar with gentle reverence. “You were so brave,” you whispered. He blushed, his eyes downcast but a small, almost bashful smile tugging at his lips.
“I didn’t feel brave,” he admitted, glancing up at you. “But in that moment, I just… I knew I had to act. I'm so glad Todoroki-kun came to help us.”
Your hand drifted to another mark, a deeper one just above his ribs, and he inhaled, recognizing the spot immediately. “That was from Overhaul,” he said, voice low. “When I… when I saved Eri. She was so scared. I remember feeling like I had to give everything I had, and then some.”
The memory hung between you both, heavy and sacred. You remembered that battle, the way he’d come back bruised and battered but with that quiet strength that had always set him apart. “Eri’s safe because of you, Izuku,” you murmured, a soft pride in your tone. “You’re a hero to her.”
He looked up, his green eyes softening as he watched you trace each mark with such care. “It wasn’t easy,” he admitted, “but seeing her smile afterward at the school festival… it was worth it.”
You moved lower, touching a scar on his side—a small one, but etched with a memory just as fierce. “This one?”
“That was… from Nine.” Izuku’s voice grew quiet, his gaze distant as he relived the memory. “On Nabu Island. Kacchan and I fought him together. He was so strong, but… I couldn’t let him hurt anyone. I couldn’t let anyone on the island suffer because of us.” He managed a small, shaky laugh. “Kacchan wouldn’t forgive me if I gave up anyway.”
The way he said it made you smile, knowing that even amid chaos and danger, his heart had been focused on protecting others. You took his hand, giving it a light squeeze. “You’re incredible, you know that?”
Izuku’s cheeks flushed as he scratched his neck, embarrassed. “I just… I did what I had to. What any hero would.”
But you shook your head. “No, Izuku. Not everyone would. That’s what makes you so special.”
You continued to explore each mark, reaching one on his upper arm next. He looked at it, a fond smile in his eyes. “This one… it’s from Kota. When we fought Muscular. I thought… I thought I might not make it, but he gave me a reason to fight, you know? He trusted me.” There was a warmth in his gaze, a memory he held dearly.
“He trusted you because he saw how strong you were,” you said, feeling the strength in his arm. “You’re someone people can rely on, Izuku. Kota, Eri… and me.”
He let out a small laugh, nervous but happy, eyes shining as he looked at you. “Thank you.”
You paused on a scar just below his ribs, softer than some of the others, almost hidden against his skin. He placed his hand over yours, looking down at it with a sad smile. “Flect Turn,” he said quietly. “It’s still… hard to think about that one. The way his quirk worked… it felt like I was being forced to face myself. To question everything I was trying to achieve.”
You met his gaze, voice steady. “But you didn’t back down.”
“No,” he said, his voice more certain this time. “I didn’t.”
For a moment, you just sat there, taking in the weight of his story, each scar a part of the journey that had shaped him. You ran your fingers over a few smaller ones, ones he didn’t mention, but you knew from the look in his eyes that each one had a tale to tell.
Finally, he looked up, the tension in his shoulders softened, the vulnerability you’d seen in his eyes replaced with a quiet confidence. “Thank you for… for wanting to know all of this,” he said, voice thick with emotion.
You took his hands, squeezing them gently. “Thank you for letting me in, Izuku. These scars—they’re not weaknesses. They’re your strength. Proof of every battle, every person you’ve helped, and every reason you’ve kept going.”
He looked at you, really looked at you, and in that moment, he felt seen, understood, in a way he never had before. His cheeks flushed again, but there was a warmth in his expression, one you knew he’d carry with him beyond this room, beyond these memories.
“Thank you,” he whispered again, and this time, you knew he meant it in a way only the two of you could understand.

Midoriya Headcanons
...
— Izuku is utterly fascinated by how graceful you are, often catching himself watching you move without realizing it. He’s taken by the way you seem to instinctively navigate through crowds and small spaces with ease, almost like you’re attuned to every small detail around you.
— His notebook is filled with little sketches of your quirk’s features, like the subtle fawn-like markings or unique muscle structure that helps with agility. He’s spent hours researching how animal traits like yours might benefit in hero work, adding little notes like, “Could be useful for enhanced evasion.”
— He’s always mindful about touching you, especially if he’s trying to understand your quirk’s physical differences. His fingers are soft and light, often tracing the markings on your skin with almost scientific reverence, as if he’s afraid to break something delicate.
—Izuku’s attentive enough to notice if your senses seem more heightened in certain seasons or environments. He’ll offer his jacket or scarf in the winter, thinking your quirk might make you more sensitive to cold, and will keep extra snacks on hand in case you need extra energy.
—On days when training has been intense, he’ll suggest taking you to quieter places, like an empty park or a spot on campus where you can unwind. He knows that your heightened senses might make crowded spaces overwhelming, so he loves giving you a peaceful place to recharge.
— IIzuku finds your presence calming in a way he can’t quite explain. When he’s stressed or overthinking, he’s drawn to you because your calm demeanor and gentle movements help him feel grounded, and he’s always grateful for that unspoken support.
— He’s curious about how your quirk can be applied in different scenarios, so you two spend time coming up with unique tactics for you in mock battles. You’ve even managed to startle Bakugou once by sneaking up quietly—Izuku was genuinely impressed because not everyone can just do that!
— Knowing how self-conscious he sometimes feels about his scars, you’ve started a quiet ritual of tracing them gently, assuring him that they’re a testament to his courage and resilience. It’s become one of his favorite gestures, even if he blushes each time you do it.
— Izuku takes notes on exercises that might help you develop your natural abilities even further. He’ll shyly suggest new routines designed specifically with your quirk in mind, encouraging you to experiment and improve in ways that feel uniquely suited to you.
— Some nights, after studying or training, you’ll sit together, sharing stories about your quirks and experiences. Izuku finds himself opening up about his insecurities and struggles, especially around those he’s saved, while you reassure him that he’s helped you feel seen and understood, too.

Midnight × Reader with a catgirl quirk? Maybe having them make "nya" noises and other such cat related sounds
a/n: wait bc you are cooking with that idea, went ahead and made this like a pre-established relationship hcs pls enjoy Midnight x Reader with a catgirl like quirk (hcs)
CW: OOC(maybe?? first time writing for this fandom like this be nice to me pls), my own personal hcs are slightly included in this teehee, slightly suggestive at one point
Tumblr media
Midnight is a lover of cats and what's even better than a cat? A cat girlfriend
Wants nothing more than to just curl up with you and snuggle with you all day and night, but sadly she has a job and has to do that job
Loves petting your ears! Scratching behind them, even just mindlessly playing with the fur on them, she loves the softness of them
Nemuri sometimes places bows on your ears because she thinks it's so cute, but she never leaves them on your ears because she doesn't want it to hurt your ears or anything like that, though i you don't mind the slight pulling of your ears caused by the bows then she might leave them in for a bit longer
Speaking of bows, definitely asks you to wear one on your tail (like the main character in Tokyo Mew Mew)
Speaking of Tokyo Mew Mew, would definitely asks you to dress up as one of the characters because it was her favorite sow growing up. But she won't be disappointed if you don't want to (she might be a little bit)
Collars. Collars with bells on them, collars with bows, collars with tags on them that say "If lost please call xxx-xxx-xxxx" or "If lost please return to this address". Her favorite part about the collars is placing leashes on them, Midnight quite enjoys your flustered face when she tugs on them lightly
Purring is one of her favorite things to hear from you, Midnight thinks it's the highest form of compliment when she can get to purr for her. "Such a pretty kitty for me, hmm?"
Cue the purring
Seriously she loves it, wishes she could make you purr for her all day and night, no breaks in between
And if you have any more catlike behaviors such as head rubbing to get her attention, she might just all excited about it.

bnha (anyone, pref someone from the Bakusquad) x reader soulmate au, with the reader who tries to ignore the bond without outright rejecting it because they're scared due to past trauma
Tumblr media
Word Count: 1519
Paring: Kirishima x reader
Warnings: none that I know of
A/n: Hello, thank you for the request. I absolutely love writing soulmate aus so thank you for giving me the chance to writ another. I went with Kirishima because I haven't really done much for him. I hope I was able to accomplish what you were hoping for. Any ways, enjoy and as always remember to hydrate or diedrate
The string had been there as long as I could remember. Looking at it reminded me that somewhere there was someone who was perfect for me. That somewhere in this hellish world my soulmate is waiting for me. And while I would love to embrace the fact that I have a soulmate waiting for me, I can’t. After watching two people fall in love thinking they were soulmates, only to meet their real soulmates ten years later, I was afraid.
Sure the red string was not a soul bond that could have misinterpretations like the tattoos or first words some people are stuck with, but I couldn’t help but worry. It does a number on a person to be abandoned because their parents found their real soulmates and didn’t want to bring the memory of their mistake into their new lives. So I decided it would be best if I never found my soulmate. I would never go out of my way to find the person tied to me by fate.
Well that was the plan anyways. Never search for the person and if they get close enough to see that we are connected, turn the other way. I wasn’t rejecting the bond but I was not going to acknowledge it. Having seen the pain it caused my parents to reject their bonds before they gave in told me that the only option was to ignore it like it didn’t exist. But again that was the plan before I got into the U.A.’s hero course.
The first day of school showed me just how hard it was going to be to ignore the bond. After all, the red string led directly to the red haired hero in training that sat only a few seats away. Even knowing that he could see where the string led and his numerous attempts on the first day to talk to me, I did my best to avoid him. Whenever the boy with the sharp toothed smile would approach, I would go the other way or start a conversation with someone else in the class.
After a few weeks of successfully avoiding Kirishima, it seemed he understood that I didn’t want to acknowledge the bond. And so I let my guard down. I began to relax when he was around, I wouldn’t immediately leave the area when he walked in. Hell, I even started having conversations with him. But even with my guard down, I refused to say anything about our bond.
It wasn’t until we had the summer training camp that someone started to ask me questions about my soulmate bond. We were sitting around one of the tables having just finished making dinner when Mina decided to start asking questions.
“So Y/n, you’ve never told us about your soul bond.” The pink girl said, not being subtle about where she wanted to take the conversation. “We’ve all talked about ours, so what’s yours? Have you met them yet?” She interrogated me.
I involuntarily looked at the string on my finger, sure only me and my soulmate could see it but at this moment it felt like it was a flashing sign that all could see. “The red string, and no I haven’t found them yet.” I answered, fully aware of the lie and the pair of red eyes burning into the side of my head.
There was a course of giggles from the girls around me before Mina spoke again. “Wait, isn't Kirishima’s bond also the red string? Could he be your soulmate?” Of course she would know, they had known each other before they came to U.A.
Taking a quick glance at the red head, I shook my head. “No, it’s probably just a coincidence.” I said hoping she would drop the subject. Luckily it seemed she accepted that answer, turning the conversation towards Jiro. Being thankful for not having to lie more I sighed, but I couldn’t brush off the wave of sadness that washed over me.
Soulmates were brought up once again once we moved into the dorms at U.A. It was a few days before classes and it was now apparently Kaminari’s turn to talk about the class’s bonds. “Is it true that you and Kirishima really have the same bond but aren’t soulmates?” The electric boy asked as we sat in the common area.
I have no idea how we got to this topic from what pokemon we think each of our classmates would be, but I knew there was likely no chance of changing the subject. But before I could respond with the same thing I had told Mina, another voice cut me off. “I highly doubt that’s likely. The red string is one of the rarest bonds, so one of you is lying about your bond or you are soulmates and refuse to say it.” Bakugo said, shooting a glare in my direction from where he sat on one of the many couches.
“Or we really do have the same bond and we aren’t soulmates and this is just a crazy rare instance.” I said, hoping he would drop it.
“Yeah right, keep telling yourself that. But the longer you ignore it, the more it’s going to hurt you.” He said with a scoff.
The way he said that told me all I needed to know, Kirishima had told him that we were soulmates, and that I was ignoring it. “Why would you care, Bakugo? It’s not like you accepted your soulmate right away.” I said, having heard about how long it took for Bakugo to accept that he and Deku were soulmates. “Don’t tell me how to deal with my soulmate problems when it took you years to deal with yours.” Before anyone could say anything else, I stormed out of the room, bumping into Kirishima on the way.
“What just happened?” I could hear the redhead ask as the doors to the elevator closed behind me.
Knowing that I would probably have to face the aftermath of my outburst, I sat in my dorm waiting for whoever knocked on the door. And just as I expected while watching the door, the red string slowly pulled tight, indicating my soulmate was closer now. Opening the door, I was greeted by Kirishima giving me a sad smile. “We should probably talk about everything.” He said.
“You’re probably right, I suppose I can’t avoid this forever.” I motioned for him to enter the room. Sitting on the bed, I watched as he sat at my desk. The room filled with an awkward silence as we thought of what needed to be said. After what felt like hours, I spoke first. “I’m sorry.”
Hearing the words, Kirishima looked at me stunned. “For what? You haven’t done anything wrong, if anything it’s my fault for telling Bakugo instead of trying to have a conversation with you.” He said, trying to take the blame for himself.
I shook my head. “I’m not talking about the Bakugo thing, I meant what I said there. I mean I’m sorry you are stuck with me as a soulmate. I’m sorry you have to deal with someone so scared of being hurt, that they would ignore their connection to try and protect themself.” I said, fighting back tears towards the end.
The silence that followed was heavy as Kirishima processed what I had said. “I do not hold any of that against you. I may not know the details on why you avoided me, but I know you probably had a good reason. You never outright rejected me, instead you just ignored the bond. At some points it hurt that you didn’t acknowledge that I was here, but knowing that you didn’t reject the bond gave me hope that someday you would come around.” He explained. “I’m not asking for you to accept me right now and I’m not expecting for us to rush into anything. I would just ask that you allow me to be there for you and help you through whatever is holding you back.” He finished, moving to sit next to me on my bed.
Knowing he was being honest with me caused the tears I was holding back to fall. “Thank you, and again I’m sorry I caused you any kind of pain. I can’t promise that I will ever be ready to be  anything more than friends but I’d be okay with getting closer.” I told him, looking in his direction with a sad smile.
“That’s all I ask.” He responded, placing a hand on my cheek wiping away a tear that fell. “We will go at whatever pace you are comfortable. And if you wish to just be friends for the rest of our lives, who would I be to deny my soulmate’s wishes.” His sad smile shifted to his normal bright and happy one. At that moment I knew that no matter what happened, Kirishima would be there for me. His smile washed away my fears and slowly began to crack the walls I had put up around my heart.

Mend What's Broken
Tamaki Amajiki x Reader
College AU
Word Count: 835
Synopsis: angst/fluff- reader and Tama have broken up and she sees him at a party with someone else...it gets better I promise.
TW: cursing if your worried about that kind of thing, drinking, uhh its kind of sad at parts and just angsty but yanno
This was a request in my inbox and I was so excited to write it so if you guys are interested in asking me for ANYTHING lemme know <3
Tumblr media
You instantly felt the hair on the back of your neck raise when you saw the two of them together. Sure you two had broken up, and quite ugly most of your friends would say, but neither of you wanted it…or did he?
The thoughts of the last time you had seen Tamaki ran through your mind as you saw him and his arm draped around another girl's shoulders. The bile rose in your throat almost instantly as you saw her tap the tip of his pointed ears sweetly much like you used to when you two were together; they were so…cozy on the couch of this frat party together as if it weren’t just you two on this same couch not a month ago.
The raven haired boy had a light dusting of a blush on his pale cheeks, a clear indication that he had a decent buzz, but he could feel the daggers being thrown from someone’s eyes somewhere around the room. It wasn’t long until he found them…your eyes piercing through his and the random girl that had plopped down on the couch beside him around an hour ago. ‘Oh fuck…’ he thought to himself knowing exactly how this must look to you, but unfortunately it was too late as this girl was way too close for yours and his comfort.
You swallowed thickly, willing the tears that began to form to go away and immediately wanted to seek revenge on him. He could move on right, why couldn’t you?
Your thoughts wandered back to the last month of sobbing in your apartment into your pillow wanting nothing more than for your best friend to come back, because when Tamaki walked away he walked away from much more than a relationship. Tamaki walked away from the most unconditional love that he had ever known in his life and besides Mirio, his truest best friend. Night after night you would hold yourself to try and keep from falling apart, and now it was time for him to hurt like you had hurt.
You stood along a wall and waited for the perfect moment to approach your prey: Kirishima. Kirishima and Tamaki were friends and spent time together at their off campus job, so this would be a perfect way to get the attention you wanted from Tamaki.
When you saw that Kirishima was standing alone, it was go time. You gave Tamaki a show. Batting your lashes at Kiri, playfully slapping his arm, leaning in entirely too close when he spoke; but the final straw was when you laid your head on his shoulder. To anyone else you probably seemed harmless, but to Tamaki he knew this was a direct attack at his psyche.
Tamaki sprang from the couch where he was seated, stalking across the room to you quickly and grabbing you by the hand. You glared at him and snatched your hand away giving Kirishima a quick goodbye before dashing out of the front door of the crowded house with Tamaki on your heels.
“What the hell was that?” Tamaki asked you chasing behind you, his long strides matching yours easily. You shook your head and snorted in a sickening laughter. Your eyes began to gloss over with tears as you whipped around to face him. “Oh fuck off Tamaki. You know good and well what that was. You come to a party with some girl like we weren’t ever together, so I am free to move on too,” you spat venomously trying to keep your voice calm.
“You were out of line, that was Kirishima. Besides, I don’t know her…she came up and sat down.” Tamaki hissed as he leaned into your space. The tears you had been holding caused you to hiccup. “You don’t get to tell me what I can do anymore, you walked out on me remember?” you said coldly as you could feel the chills raise on your arms.
He clenched his jaw and nodded his head. “Fine.” he said flatly and began to walk away. “Tamaki, there was life before you, there was life during you, but what am I supposed to do now?” You asked “You were my best friend, and every time I think I can move on I can’t. Did you love me or did I make this all up?” you asked again as the tears you were holding fell. You dropped your head not wanting to see him walk away from you again.
“Look at me…” Tamaki said as he grabbed your chin tilting your head up to meet his gaze. “I loved you then. I love you now. I’ll always love you.” He cupped your face in his palms and gently wiped tears with his thumbs. “I know that a lot was said that can’t be taken back or changed, but can we work on tomorrow? Can we work on ourselves together?”
You nodded your head and closed your eyes feeling the edges of your broken heart begin to mend.

haii :3
could you write how shinsou would take care of a reader when they are sick :0
i’ve been a little sick this week so this would really cheer me up :D
<3
pairing: shinsou hitoshi x reader
word count: ~800
content: sickfic AGUGHHH, friends-to-lovers slash unspecified relationship could be established could be not, cutesy, literally just fluff, vague mentions of puking etc typical sickness stuff
this was such a cute request omg thank you for sending it in! i hope u feel better much love! i decided to do this in bullet point format!
ALSO IM SO SORRY GUYSSS IM GETTING THROUGH REQUESTS SO SLOWLY <//3 i promise i will try to get as many of them done as i can but many of them are like long-fic format so they will take me a bit FEEL FREE TO SEND REQUESTS IF U STILL WANT TO!!! rules are linked here!
OK SO
you're both in the gen ed department + living in the dorms
it's the middle of the week and you've been feeling ROUGH for the entire week but just haven't had the time to focus on yourself between studies and everything
shinsou and you are in your math class sitting together at a two-person desk while your teacher lectures
you're super dizzy even while sitting down, there's a sheen of sweat on your forehead and you feel way too hot overall, you're holding back a coughing fit because you know if you let it happen you're gonna end up puking everywhere
the bell finally rings signaling the end of class and the start of lunch and you can't bring yourself to stand up at all
shinsou is packing up next to you and doesn't really notice your unmoving form until he's slinging his backpack over his shoulder and looking down at you, expecting to see you packed and ready to go but you.... look like you're dying
"you good, man?"
"ghf.......gh...m......"
"alright"
he packs up your stuff for you because he's secretly a SWEETHEART and carries your bag and pulls you up by your elbow with a big sigh
"guess i gotta take you to recovery girl now"
"do NOT take me to recovery girl..."
it's not like you have anything against recovery girl but it's not like she would be able to help you with a sickness and she'd end up giving you a bed to sleep on or just send you to your dorm to rest anyways
you just want to sleep in the comfort of YOUR bed already
you tell that to shinsou and urge him to just walk you to your dorm before you throw up on his shoes
he tells you that the teachers will think you're skipping class but you flutter your lashes at him (it probably looks more like you're seizing with how sick you are) and say something like "you'll cover for me, right?"
he rolls his eyes but. yes. he will cover for you. (he's whipped)
walks you to your dorm with an arm around your shoulders and you try not to collapse from both ur fever and the feeling of him walking so close
your delusions are running rampant in this HEAT
walks you alllll the way to your room and helps you lay back in your bed, pulls the covers over you and everything and your hands are TWITCHING because you wanna kiss him so bad but you'd end up puking all over him in this state
leaves your room for a bit and comes back with an ice pack wrapped in a towel to put on ur forehead and hot tea mixed w honey for when you're ready to drink something
puts the ice pack over ur forehead with a gentleness you've never seen from him before and you're like dying and clawing at the sheets trying not to scream with how in love u are with this guy
"you should go back to lunch man you're not gonna have enough time to eat"
"you're on the verge of death and that's what you're worried about"
"I'M NOT DYING"
stays with you until there's like 5 minutes left in the lunch period and he (unfortunately) HAS to leave
you're holding back a whine because yeah you feel guilty that he wasted his lunch time taking care of you but also... stay here forever?!?! duh?!?!
he notices the hesitant look in ur eyes while he stands up and takes his bag with him and sighs and rolls his eyes all fake-annoyed before leaning down and kissing your cheek and you hold back the urge to swing and punch him because he CAN'T JUST DO THAT AND THEN LEAVE???
"i know you can't stand a minute without me but i promise i'll be back the minute classes are over"
"i'm gonna set an alarm to make sure you're telling the truth about that"
"you can count on me"
you sleep for like the rest of the day and only wake up when you hear your door opening and smell soup and there's totally no way shinsou made that for you except he definitely did because when you ask about the soup his ears are flushed and you're literally gonna kiss him if he doesn't stop being so hot
overall shinsou would be so soft with you in his stupid sarcastic way and tease you about getting sick because he's a JERK but also a cutie so you let him get away with it
would definitely spend the rest of the day sleeping in your bed with you and then also get sick and force you to make him homemade soup (it's only fair, he argues)

Sugar Doesn't Rot
. Shinso x GN!Reader
Reader is kidnapped and Shinso saves them
Hello! This was a request from one of you beautiful people! I hope you like it 💫
Warning: Mention of blood, bruises
Tumblr media
Anyone who didn't know you would probably be concerned about how much sugar you ingested. Hell, Shinso once saw you open three sugar packets and pour them straight into your mouth, watching how your body shivered in likely disgust. It was like a daily vitamin for you. You had your healthy everyday gummies, some Vitamin D, allergy pill, whatever else, and then at least three sugar packets. Not counting the ones you'd ingest later before training, or in the middle of training.
Your quirk allowed you unbelievable speed, but at the cost of sugar or really the glucose produced (I don't know biology please don't kill me if this doesn't make sense). You could run almost a mile in your first UA years, close to topping Lida's best speed. That was until you inevitably crashed. Body collapsing into a tired delirious state. In one instance going cold, and becoming lightheaded- your sugar level had dropped too fast for you to even notice and stop.
●○●○●○●○●○●
“ Hero Photo at your service!'' Your hero name, to your absolute corny pleasure, was short for photosynthesis. A joke about how your body turned the sugar into liquid fuel like a plant— Shinso smiled lightly when you told him the reason why you chose such a name. “I don't want some poor parents having to worry about their toddler downing sugar packets because they see a hero do it. So, let's just make them think I get my energy from the sun!”
“Ironic considering the amount of vitamin D I see you take.”
“Oh shut it Shinso!”
●○●○●○●○●○●
Shinso smiled warmly at you from across the table. The warmth of the morning light on you causing an ethereal glow as you pour what you had believed to be sugar into your hot coffee. But the twisted look on your face and splash of coughing told him otherwise. A wicked smirk playing on his lip, “Salt?”
“Shut it!”
●○●○●○●○●○●
Curled up with him under a blanket, your face puzzled as you stared at the half-completed sudoku puzzle. Shinso watched you with a lazy smile as you filled in more squares. It was one of the hardest puzzles in the book. He'd need to get you another one, maybe as a gift? Your birthday was too far away and he wanted to get you one of the stupidly hard wooden 3D puzzles he saw on YouTube. He remembers the stars in your eyes as you watched the man struggle to open it.
●○●○●○●○●○●
“Go in around the back. Denki along with Uraraka takes the left flank. Uraraka you'll lift the metal materials in the air and ensure they don't touch you or any civilians. Denki, try and channel your spark to hit the metal scraps as a conductor. While that goes on-” Shinso watched from the back of the room as you schooled the loud, irritating Bakugou on his battle plan.
●○●○●○●○●○●
“What?”
“They were taken, not sure by who, likely (Enter Villians, maybe Lov? Up to you).”
“When.”
“Three days ago”
Shinso was silent, Aizawa watching him, his fingers twitching as he waited for his student to crack. “Why wait so long to tell me?” It wasn't a fair question and Shinso knew that. While sections of people knew you were an item, larger ones didn't. And there wasn't a reason to tell him of your disappearance, he was only a student.
“Their quirk, we know you know more about it.” Aizawa scuffled lightly, regardless of your ranking, you were still a student and a child no less. How did they not know more about your quirk? Or did they not care to learn about you?
“We know they use sunlight-”
“No” Shinsos voice was strained, anger washing through him. “Their quirk evolves around sugar”
●○●○●○●○●○●
You rested, eyes closed in the darkness of the room. Pitch dark, not even possible to see your body that rested tied in the chair. Your body felt stiff and sore, bruises forming on your pale cheeks and ribs from the beatings. No, the lack of light didn't affect your quirk, your immune system, and overall emotions, yes. It was like a void, a cold room where you questioned if your icey body even was touching the wooden chair. But the lack of food played heavily. Regardless, even if your captors were right about the darkness, the lack of food would weaken anyone. Your body, after all the training and muscle growth, needed more food.
●○●○●○●○●○●
Drool dribbled from the corner of your mouth, body slumped in exhaustion. It took too much energy to even close your mouth.
Another day, another unanswered question, another beating. Every once in a while they'd ask a question you would know an answer to, but even then said you were clueless. How many days have you been in this room? The lack of light messed up your clock, to where time felt pointless. You struggled to latch onto hope. Days must have passed, and you were feeling closer and closer to death. Withdrawing from your superfood, sugar, torturing your body. You had never gone so long without it. And for a moment, you wondered if your body could. Your mind flashed to the doctors telling you to ingest as much as you could, the irrigation in their voice as they backtracked on every once of advice they had ever given. “Your energy, not just your quirk, depends on it.” interesting… You were so young when you heard that information, and you only remember it now.
●○●○●○●○●○●
10 days. Shinso rested in the car, body stiff and tense. Eyes set on the headrest in front of him. Eye hollow, yet filled and swirled with sickening fear and anguish.
●○●○●○●○●○●
12 days. The door swung open, shining blinding light onto you. A high-pitched cry left your chapped lips as it flashed your unprepared eyes. It felt like your skin was melting at its harshness. As though it was a flame held up to your skin. “Y/N '' a voice nearly screamed. Your head swirled up, vision blinded by the light and head now pounding, what little energy you had straining. “In-show?” your small voice cracked. Swollen tongue struggling to say the name. “I'm here! I'm here! I got you!”
Shino's eyes watered lightly at your appearance. Pale, you were sickly pale. Your hair was greasy, which he cared little about, except that it seemed matted with blood. Your cheeks were bruised and your eyes sunk in. And you were cold, so cold.
Then you cried, whimpering out in vain as you tried to grasp onto him once free. He held you close, your two bodies resting on the ground for a second as he cradled your frail self. “I love you - I love you” he repeated into your hair, not caring at the smell or cracked blood.
●○●○●○●○●○●
You lay in the hospital bed, sugar packets and sugar bags splayed open. You looked healthier and more alive. Your colors coming back and your bruises slowly fading. Shinso sat beside you, fingers carefully rubbing your hand. Too worried to fully hold your hand due to the red marks you received from struggling in your binds. “I love you,” you whispered out through cracked lips.
Shinso smiled, leaning down to kiss you until you moved your head away. “N-no.” He froze, fear raking his body. You must have felt it, the sudden tension in his body, and quickly you spoke. “My- my lips are cracked and- and I smell awful.” he won't lie, you kind of did. You smelt like a sterilized hospital room, like the cheap but effective soap the infirmary used. He cocked an eyebrow and laughed slightly.
“And I'm supposed to care?”
“Sh-shut it!”
●○●○●○●○●○●
Azawia leaned into the small area you two shared, making sure both of you were okay. The image of Shinso's red eyes and angered face never leaves his mind. How he carried your nearly limp body in his arms, your skin bruised and the usual smirk you so often had gone and replaced by a busted lip. But now, instead, he found you nuzzled into Shinso’s shoulder. The lanky male hunched over your bed, arms wrapped tightly around you as he buried his face into your hair. Azawia looked away and walked out of the medical wing, his body finally relaxing. You both where safe, you both were okay

yandere!shigaraki tomura - until he met you
Tumblr media
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki is not a people person. His childhood should already be a big enough indicator of that.
🖐🏻 ━ His quirk always kept others miles away and his appearance didn’t help much.
🖐🏻 ━ He always saw love as a fatal flaw that could bring to the downfall of the strongest heroes and he’s witnessed it firsthand how true that sentiment is.
🖐🏻 ━ Until he found you.
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki would become fixated on you, constantly thinking about you to the point where it affects his judgment.
🖐🏻 ━ The LOV would be caught off guard when they walked into the bar area and saw a random civilian sitting, smiling, and drinking with their crusty, dusty leader.
🖐🏻 ━ This is clearly a date. Right?
🖐🏻 ━ Noticing their presence first and oblivious to their flabbergasted faces, you introduced yourself first.
🖐🏻 ━ Or at least you tried to.
🖐🏻 ━ “Oh! Hi!”
🖐🏻 ━ “Um… hello…?” Twice would be the first to greet back, albeit confused.
🖐🏻 ━ “Wow! You’re really pretty! Who are you? Are you new?” Toga rattled off, excited for a fresh cute face.
🖐🏻 ━ “Aw thank you! My name is–”
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki cuts you off by pulling your arm forcefully, pulling you off the stool and into his arms.
🖐🏻 ━ “Don’t waste your breath on these insignificant morons.” he snarled.
🖐🏻 ━ Toga and Twice gasped loudly and shouted back to their offensive leader.
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki drags you away from the bar, careful not to grip your wrist with all five fingers but still maintain an intense grasp on you.
🖐🏻 ━ “Oh, um! Bye guys! It was nice meeting you! And you’re really cute too!” you yell back, still smiling as if you weren’t being dragged away.
🖐🏻 ━ As soon as you both reached his room, he slammed the door and flung you onto his bed.
🖐🏻 ━ He flopped on top of you and immediately buried his face in your neck.
🖐🏻 ━ “Why’d you talk to them?” he grumbled.
🖐🏻 ━ You softly rubbed his back and giggled when you felt his dry lips graze your skin as he talked.
🖐🏻 ━ “I was just being nice.” you answer.
🖐🏻 ━ “Don’t be nice,” he snapped. “Don’t talk to them. Don’t look at them. Don’t smile at them. Don’t breathe around them.”
🖐🏻 ━ You laugh. “That last one might be hard.”
🖐🏻 ━ He gripped your waist tightly and growled harsher into your neck.
🖐🏻 ━ “I don’t care. I’d rather soon dust this entire league than have them so much as be in the same room as you.”
🖐🏻 ━ “But that would be rude. I can’t deliberately ignore a person when they talk to me.”
🖐🏻 ━ You spoke very calmly.
🖐🏻 ━ “And I want to get to know your friends.”
🖐🏻 ━ “They’re not my friends!”
🖐🏻 ━ You laughed and peppered his face with kisses.
🖐🏻 ━ “Please Shiggy~?”
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki fought with himself. As much as he wanted to say no and keep you locked in his room, he couldn’t resist your soft pouting lips.
🖐🏻 ━ “Ugh! Fine!” He finally gave in.
🖐🏻 ━ “But listen to me (Y/N). You’re mine now. No one else gets to have you, understand? If anyone tries to come between us, especially those worthless rejects out there, I’ll make them disappear… right in front of your eyes.”
🖐🏻 ━ “Lmao OK.”
🖐🏻 ━ He won’t tolerate anyone getting close to you. If he perceived someone as a threat, he’d remove them, either by intimidation or more extreme means.
🖐🏻 ━ The only person he’d trust you around is Kurogiri.
🖐🏻 ━ But, that wouldn’t really matter since he’s forbidden you from leaving the hideout. Which you didn’t mind as much since Shigaraki would cater to your every need.
🖐🏻 ━ Before getting together, he would stalk you. Always needing to know where you were and who you were with. You didn’t have a quirk so his need to “protect” you from anything and anyone would be overwhelming to everyone around him but you.
🖐🏻 ━ You find his overbearing attitude towards you to be endearing and sign that he really cares for you in a way you’ve never felt before.
🖐🏻 ━ “You don’t need anyone else. I’ll protect you from everything… even from those “heroes” that would love nothing more than to rip you away from me. And even if a hero could take you away, I’d kill them before they could lay a finger on you. Remember that. No one can save you from me. So don’t even think about leaving me. Because if you do… I’ll destroy you, and I’ll destroy myself so I could follow you.”
🖐🏻 ━ “But if you destroy yourself… I wouldn’t be able to hold and kiss you anymore…”
🖐🏻 ━ He uses his influence and power as leader of the league to isolate you even further from the outside world. Wherever you were living before would be cleaned out of your stuff and moved into the hideout. Your job would try to contact you, but to no avail. Friends and family would reach out to the community to ask where you went and search for you, but with no luck. To everyone from the outside, you no longer existed. You had seemingly disappeared without a trace.
🖐🏻 ━ He also makes the others go on errands for anything you needed, no matter the time or how busy they were. If they didn’t want to be dust, they’d be your loyal servant.
🖐🏻 ━ However, one day after waking up from a nap, he would feel around the bed after not feeling you in his arms and when he opened his eyes… you were nowhere to be found.
🖐🏻 ━ No one, not even Kurogiri, could stop the rampage that followed after Toga, Twice, Dabi, and Mr. Compress told him that they had no idea where you were. They had just gotten back from a mission. They had no text from you and Kurogiri also admitted that he saw you in the bar area for a while, but when he went to check on something for a minute, you were gone and he assumed you went back to his room.
🖐🏻 ━ This began the ultimate decay storm. He screamed, he threw punches and furniture. The members were awestruck by the insane scene happening before them. Over you. A quirkless random. There was nowhere to go.
🖐🏻 ━ When Spinner walks in, he barely manages to dodge a half-dusted stool hurling towards his head.
🖐🏻 ━ “What the fuck?!”
🖐🏻 ━ “WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON’T KNOW WHERE THEY WENT?! WHERE THE FUCK IS MY (Y/N)?!”
🖐🏻 ━ “(Y/N)?! They’re fine! They went to go get something to eat like 15 minutes ago!”
🖐🏻 ━ Suddenly, the raging storm turned silent. The other members took this as a chance to make a run for it.
🖐🏻 ━ “Outside?”
🖐🏻 ━ Spinner gulped anxiously, feeling a chill run down his spine.
🖐🏻 ━ “You let. MY (Y/N)! GO OUTSIDE?!”
🖐🏻 ━ The remaining stools in his hands quickly turned to dust as he gradually trudged towards the green lizard with heavy, ominous steps.
🖐🏻 ━ Spinner froze, unable to move an inch.
🖐🏻 ━ “I-I was busy! I was getting information and there was no food in the fridge. The others weren’t here and (Y/N) said they were hungry so I gave them the keys–”
🖐🏻 ━ Spinner could tell Shigaraki wasn’t listening. All his excuses were falling on deaf ears.
🖐🏻 ━ Just as Shigaraki’s hand was mere mere inches away from Spinner’s face, he knew what would get him to stop.
🖐🏻 ━ “I KNOW WHERE THEY WENT!!”
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki stopped in his tracks and pulled his hand away as he stared down at the shaking heteromorph.
🖐🏻 ━ Spinner is Shigaraki’s loyal right-hand man. The first person he met when all hell seemed to be on them. The first ones to bring together this league. To bring down the heroes. Spinner would never lie to Shigaraki. And he knows that.
🖐🏻 ━ “Tell me where they went… please…”
🖐🏻 ━ Spinner and Shigaraki have always had a soft spot for each other.
🖐🏻 ━ When you first came into the picture, Spinner saw this as just a passing fling – mere puppy love – and soon Shigaraki would get bored of you and throw you away.
🖐🏻 ━ Looking at the nearly destroyed common area and how close he came to being dust himself, he was obviously wrong. He realized that Shigaraki would destroy everyone and everything around him if he were to lose you.
🖐🏻 ━ Meanwhile, you are having a great time. You’re sitting in a restaurant waiting for your to-go order and scrolling on your phone.
🖐🏻 ━ It was pretty peaceful despite the busy lunch rush. The only thing on your mind is getting the food and going home. You were honestly starting to get sick being around others and their loud conversations. Shigaraki really spoiled you by keeping you inside all the time and having others get food for you. You honestly wonder how you put up with this in the past. You cursed under your breath when you felt your pockets and forgot your headphones.
🖐🏻 ━ You checked the time again for the fifth time when a huge crash rattled the entire store.
🖐🏻 ━ Customers started to scream as bodies flew across the restaurant slamming against the floor and walls. Customers and staff that weren’t blocked by debris ran from any exit they could find, trampling over bodies and others trying to flee as a white unmarked van skidded into the entrance, the bumper and blood covered in blood.
🖐🏻 ━ You were about to make a run for it too when you heard a familiar voice.
🖐🏻 ━ “(Y/N)!”
🖐🏻 ━ You whipped your head back and immediately smiled at the familiar face emerging from the van.
🖐🏻 ━ “Shiggy!”
🖐🏻 ━ You ran towards Shigaraki, nearly tripping over the broken glass and concrete debris blocking the way.
🖐🏻 ━ As soon as Shigaraki felt your arms wrap around him and your body press against him, he nearly forgot how mad he was.
🖐🏻 ━ Nearly.
🖐🏻 ━ “I warned you. Did you really think you could leave me (Y/N)? I told you that I’d kill everyone around you if you ran away from me.”
🖐🏻 ━ The leftover customers and staff stood shell-shocked at the scene playing out before them. A few are already on the phone with the police.
🖐🏻 ━ You tilted your head quizzically.
🖐🏻 ━ “But I didn’t run away.”
🖐🏻 ━ You said it so calmly. Like you weren’t afraid of him or perturbed by his words.
🖐🏻 ━ “You disobeyed me! You went outside! You left me!”
🖐🏻 ━ “Shiggy, I told you I was going to get food. Don’t you remember?”
🖐🏻 ━ “Don’t lie to me, (Y/N).” He stared you down intensely and gripped you tighter like you were going to fade away right before his eyes.
🖐🏻 ━ “I’m not, babe! During our nap together, I went to the kitchen to get a snack and the fridge was empty. Toga, Dabi, and Twice weren’t there and I didn’t want to disturb them because they’ve been so busy lately so I asked Spinner if he could pick up some food for us.”
🖐🏻 ━ Spinner, still sitting in the driver’s seat, halted his breath wondering if you were going to throw him under the bus since he didn’t get the chance to fully explain the situation.
🖐🏻 ━ “But Spinner was also really busy so I asked him if I could borrow one of the cars to go get some food. He said he would only allow it if you approved.”
🖐🏻 ━ “I don’t remember you asking me anything…” Shigaraki remembers falling asleep in your arms, but nothing else.
🖐🏻 ━ “Awww~! Was someone half asleep?” you teased. “That’s so adorable~!”
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki couldn’t stop the blush that spread to his face. If Shigaraki was really awake, there would be no way in hell he’d approve any of this.
🖐🏻 ━ You stood on your tiptoes and gave Shigaraki a gentle kiss on the lips. Surprising everyone including Spinner and Shigaraki.
🖐🏻 ━ You’d only given him cheek and forehead kisses. This is officially his first kiss. You pulled away and smiled at him lovingly.
🖐🏻 ━ “I’m sorry for worrying you. I won’t do it again.” you apologized. “Honestly, being outside sucks. I just want to be back home with you.”
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki felt a warmth in his chest enveloping his heart. Without a doubt he knew what this feeling was. He hadn’t felt it in a long time.
🖐🏻 ━ “U-Um…”
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki’s eyes turned sharp as he glared at the vile creature ruining the moment.
🖐🏻 ━ “Oh! Is the food ready!” You smiled at the stunlocked worker covered in the building’s dust holding two large plastic bags trembling in his hands.
🖐🏻 ━ You took the bags from their hands and gave it a quick lookover. You hated it when workers gave you your food and left out important utensils or missing items.
🖐🏻 ━ “Yep! This is it! Thank you–”
🖐🏻 ━ “Didn’t I tell you not to be nice to others?” He grabs your face to look only at him as he glared at the worker you were freely giving your smiles to.
🖐🏻 ━ “Look! I got the league and us ramen! And look at this! They also have ohagi! Your favorite! I had a feeling you’d want something sweet after your nap.” You raised the bags and turned around to face him.
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki felt even more confirmation about this feeling than he thought possible.
🖐🏻 ━ This is love.
🖐🏻 ━ He wants to snatch you away from this place, away from the leering and perverted eyes of the disgusting NPCS walking this earth, but…
🖐🏻 ━ A honk cut clear through the tension.
🖐🏻 ━ “Okay, lovebirds! We gotta go unless we want to get some heroes to-go too!” Spinner called from the car.
🖐🏻 ━ Shigaraki led you by the waist and carefully placed you into the backseat of the van like you were made of porcelain.
🖐🏻 ━ Before he got in himself, he turned to the dazed customers and staff one last time.
🖐🏻 ━ “I guess I won’t blow this place up… Maybe I’ll decide after eating.”
🖐🏻 ━ As Spinner drove off, he kept glancing at the backseat as you and Shigaraki continued talking light-heartedly like they hadn’t committed domestic terrorism in a search for you.
🖐🏻 ━ Spinner sighed in relief as the storm finally blew over.
🖐🏻 ━ Call it true love or obsession, Shigaraki had no intention of letting you go.

ᯓᡣ𐭩HEY BEE <333 I GOTCHU I GOTCHU I GOTCHU <33333
ᯓᡣ𐭩 There's a loud mouth in class 1A. She's very vulgar in her speech, Iida thinks.
Recently after the USJ Incident, the students of UA have been on edge. The anxieties and curiosities of their futures feared, making each of them worry how they may never go back into a "normal life" ever again.
But not you.
You always seemed laid back. Chill even. In fact, you were the only one who jumped straight into the battle with excitement, a chance to prove yourself, and a chance to whoop some ass.
But now, a few weeks after the adrenaline and excitement wore off, you were left with boredom. So why not cause some chaos?
"Hey Iidaaaaa?" You called tauntingly, holding your hands together in a polite manner, despite your intentions.
"Yes?" He said. Already annoyed at your antics. He was trying to edit his schedule, couldn't you see?
"I laced Aizawa's desk with a glitter bomb." You giggled, poking at your cheek innocently.
"Excuse me, what!? Ma'am, you do understand that the interference with a Staff's class period is-"
"Yea yea, whatever. I just wanna see that man's face go BOOM! Haha!" You cackled maliciously, walking back to your desk with an evil grin on your face. You winked at him, blowing him a kiss as well as you pointed to the front of the class.
"Shhhh" You said as you pressed your finger against your lips. Blinking a bit as he blushed, Iida still tried to reason with you.
"But-" Iida tried, but was interrupted by Aizawa announcing to the class. He sighed and prepared for the worst.
Blah blah blah, homework, due dates, what to expect for the day- we get it! You bounced your leg as you waited for your wishes to be answered, and Iida waited for the teacher to expel them on sight.
And then, it happened. Sensei opened the drawer to his desk, a small "puff" wheezing out as pink and blue glitter erupted all over his face. Gripping the desk harshly, he sighed deeply before addressing the class,
"Alright..Who did it?"
After a pregnant silence, Aizawa growled a bit before repeating himself. Still, no one answered.
"If no one wants to con-"
"It was me sir!....It was me." Iida stood up as he raised his hand, sweating at the amount of eyes on him. But mostly, the kind of eyes you had on him. You were so surprised, and if he hadn't known you, he'd even say a twinge of guilt. But he knew better than that. He looked up back at his sensei.
"I take full responsibilities of my actions sir, and I'm willing to pay the consequences. This will never happen again." He continued, even going as far as walking up to the front of the classroom.
Aizawa nodded, and led him outside of the room. The door shut, echoing against the dead silence that was once across the room.
"Man, he's got balls."
"What a dumbass"
"Why would he even do something like this?"
The class whispered on and on, as you sat in your chair in deep reflection. Why the hell would he do that? Does he honestly think you didn't know what would happen? And why do you feel so bad? It's not your fault he wanted to spare you.
...
Iida walks in the room, stiffer than usual. He sat down at his desk while gathering his materials.
"Psstt. Iida!" You tried, but he couldn't seem to hear you.
"Hey! Dude!"
"Excuse me miss, if you have something to say, I'm sure you could discuss it with me after class." Aizawa said suddenly, making you jump in your seat a bit.
"No sir" You mumbled, sighing and leaning onto your hand.
"Alright then, anymore disruptions in the class and I'll drag you students through hell during quirk training." He said, neatly stacking papers before placing them down onto his desk. It still had glitter on it, making you snigger a little.
Six hours later it was now the end of school, which meant everyone was going home. Except for you and Iida...
Despite not being caught sparkly handed for your crime from earlier, you still had a few pranks that you've pulled previous. And you still haven't finished making up for it. ughhhh.
But that wasn't important right now. You still had to apologize, for what, you weren't sure. But hey, it was warranted.
"Hey um... nerdy boy?"
"My name is Tenya Iida, as previously stated before."
"I know that, I'm not a dipshit, Iida. I just- I just wanted to say sorry. I guess."
"You guess? You almost risked me expulsion!" He said, turning around to look at you. His voice was raising, and honestly itching on your nerves. "So no, you aren't sorry. You and your obnoxious pranks, and your silly apologies can go sit in the corner- or whatever."
"Obnoxious? You know what the fuck is obnoxious? The fact that everything I do warrants a "did you read the contract?" spiel! What's your deal man!?". You growled out. You didn't owe him shit, you didn't tell him to take the blame.
"And that's your problem."
"Bitch, problem? The only problem I have is how far up that stick is in your ass- how does it feel poking your brain? Dipshit." You sped out, crossing your arms in defense. This guy was tapping your inner headache like a needle.
"You don't realize it when a person cares for you, not even when they're risking their whole hero career." Iida said, ignoring what you said a few seconds prior. Maybe he should give up.
"You know what you- !? Ugh! Fuck!" You said, blushing a bit. "say it again..."
"Say what?"
"you know...that you..."
"That I care for you?"
You turned to the side, blushing a bit and smiling to yourself. Someone cared about you, and you weren't sure how to feel that way yet...

…..
In the magical realm of Pristine Plains, where the sky gleamed with colors as vibrant as the world below, you lived in a cozy little cabin nestled between sun-dappled trees and winding cobblestone paths. Your home sat tucked under the watchful branches of an old willow, blooming wildflowers surrounding it in a burst of colors and soft scents. The ground was lush, warm underfoot even as you wandered between the garden beds, checking for ripe fruits and vegetables, their vibrant skins gleaming in the afternoon light.
Pristine Plains was a realm of endless wonders, home to all manner of creatures, each unique and astonishing. From dragons with scales that glistened like jewels to fae with wings iridescent as sunlight through stained glass—everyone here thrived in a harmony as delicate as it was beautiful. Your life was simple yet deeply fulfilling. Each morning, you picked the finest fruits and vegetables, arranging them in woven baskets outside your cabin, free for any traveler who might need a bite to eat.
Today, as you set a plump bunch of berries and bright tomatoes into a basket by your door, you noticed someone lurking at the edge of the trees. He wasn’t the usual traveler passing through, nor was he a neighbor coming to exchange stories and fresh goods. He was… well, adorable, really. A small bunnyfolk, standing half-hidden behind a tree trunk, with wide, emerald-green eyes that sparkled with curiosity and caution. His fur was a soft, dark green that glistened under the sunlight, almost like ivy in morning dew. He wore a simple tunic that matched the color of his fur, and his little nose twitched with what you could only assume was nerves.
You hadn’t seen him before, and you wondered what had brought him here. He seemed hesitant, shifting his weight from one foot to another, glancing repeatedly at the baskets of fresh produce beside your door. But despite his clear interest, he made no move to step forward.
So, you did what you always did for someone in need: you offered kindness.
With a soft smile, you carefully filled a small basket with some of the freshest goods—the fruits and vegetables you could tell he’d been eyeing the longest, the ones his gaze had lingered on. Strawberries, plump and red; a handful of shiny green apples; and a small bundle of leafy greens that you guessed might be a favorite for someone like him. You approached him slowly, your footsteps soft on the grass, not wanting to startle him.
He noticed you approaching, his long ears perking up in surprise, and his eyes grew even wider, if that was possible. His small, fuzzy hands went to his chest as if to steady himself, his nose twitching rapidly. But he held his ground, a hint of resolve in his gaze as he watched you with a mixture of curiosity and something else, something softer, that you couldn’t quite place.
“Hello there,” you greeted, your voice gentle. You held out the basket to him, keeping your movements slow and kind. “I noticed you watching. I thought you might be hungry.”
His gaze flickered from the basket up to your face, his cheeks turning a shade pinker, the color spreading to the tips of his ears. “Ah… I… I didn’t mean to… um…”
You waited patiently as he stumbled over his words, clearly flustered, his little hands fidgeting with the edge of his tunic. Eventually, he reached out, tentative, like he was afraid of somehow offending you by accepting the gift. When his fingers brushed the basket, you saw them tremble ever so slightly, as if this was something he rarely allowed himself to do.
“These are for… for me?” he asked in a soft voice, his emerald eyes glistening with genuine surprise.
“Yes, of course,” you reassured him, your smile warm and open. “Please, take them. I always have plenty, and it’s nice to share with someone who appreciates them.”
He took the basket into his arms, holding it close like it was something precious, his face softening with a look of wonder. His gaze met yours again, this time with something shy but deeply appreciative. “Thank you… I—really, thank you so much. I was just… passing by, but…” He paused, glancing down at the fruits in his hands, then back up at you, ears twitching slightly as he struggled to find his words. “I didn’t know if it would be… rude to ask.”
“Not at all,” you replied, heart warming at his thoughtfulness. “I’m always happy to help. Besides, you look like someone who deserves a nice meal.”
At this, he turned a shade darker, his cheeks nearly matching the strawberries you’d given him. He mumbled a shy “Thank you” again, his fingers toying with the stem of an apple, his eyes flitting from the basket to you and back again.
As he lingered there, you noticed his gaze repeatedly drifting to the cabin and the garden behind you, his curiosity clearly sparked. It was adorable, how he tried to be so polite even when his interest was obvious.
“Would you like to come inside?” you offered, stepping back a little to give him space, watching his expression brighten in surprise. “I just brewed some tea if you’d like to join me.”
“Oh! Oh, I—um, yes, that… that sounds… nice,” he stammered, nodding a bit too quickly, as if he’d been waiting for you to ask.
You guided him up the small cobblestone path, his little bunny steps soft behind you as he followed, clutching the basket close to his chest. Inside, your cozy cabin was filled with warm, earthy scents of dried herbs and flowers, shelves lined with small jars and woven baskets holding all sorts of fruits, vegetables, and dried petals. A small, crackling fire added a comforting glow, casting gentle shadows across the room.
He looked around with wide eyes, taking in every detail, his gaze darting from one corner of the cabin to another, as though he couldn’t believe he was really here.
“Please, make yourself comfortable,” you said, gesturing to a cushioned chair by the fire. He settled into it with a little wiggle, his face lighting up at the warmth of the hearth as he held the basket in his lap like a treasure.
As you poured tea into two delicate cups, he glanced shyly your way, the tip of one ear twitching. “I’ve… never met anyone like you before,” he admitted softly, his gaze fixed on his tea as though he was afraid to say it out loud. “You’re so… kind. I mean, it’s rare. I… I usually have to…”
His voice trailed off, and he shrugged, a bit sheepish.
You watched him, a gentle understanding in your smile. “It’s okay. I’m just glad you’re here now. If you ever need anything, please feel free to visit. I have plenty to share.”
The bunny took a careful sip of his tea, glancing down shyly before finally gathering the courage to speak again. “Thank you again… for the food, and the tea… and, well, for all of this. I, um… I’m not used to people being so kind, you know?”
You tilted your head, a gentle understanding in your eyes. “That’s alright. It’s nice to share a meal with someone who appreciates it.” You extended your hand across the small wooden table. “I’m glad to meet you, really. My name is [Your Name].”
“Oh!” He set his tea down, quickly reaching out to shake your hand, his fingers soft and warm, and his touch delicate. “I-I’m Midoriya Izuku. You can just use my given name..if you want,” he said, his ears twitching in what seemed like both excitement and embarrassment. “I’m, well, a traveler… I like to explore and learn new things.” His green eyes brightened as he spoke, his nerves easing slightly. “Pristine Plains is so beautiful. I didn’t expect to meet someone as kind as you here, though.”
“I’m glad we met too, Izuku. It’s nice having a visitor who appreciates this place as much as I do. I’ve lived here my whole life, but it’s still so full of surprises.”
A small, surprised smile tugged at Izuku’s lips. “You must know every tree and flower in this place by heart, then?”
You laughed, a warm, gentle sound that made his cheeks turn even pinker. “Not every tree, but I’d like to think I know it well. I spend my days out here, tending to my plants and sharing what I grow with travelers. It’s a peaceful life.”
Izuku’s gaze softened, and he looked at you with a quiet reverence. “That’s… amazing, actually. So you’ve met a lot of people? I mean, all kinds, I bet.” He glanced down, ears twitching again as if suddenly self-conscious. “I hope… I mean, I hope you’ll let me come by again sometime?”
You smiled, nodding encouragingly. “Of course, Izuku. You’re welcome here anytime! I’d be happy to have a friend around.”
Izuku’s face brightened, and his expression softened with genuine gratitude. He took another sip of tea before glancing out the window, where the sun was beginning to sink, painting the skies in hues of lavender and gold. He sighed, a reluctant note in his voice. “I should probably head back before it gets dark. But… thank you. Truly. For the food, the tea, everything. I don’t know how to repay you.”
You waved a hand dismissively, shaking your head. “There’s no need. Just come by again, whenever you like.”
As he left, he turned back one last time, his face lit up by a grateful, almost reverent smile. “Thank you… for everything.”
.....
From then on, Izuku visited every day. Sometimes he’d bring you small gifts he’d collected on his journeys—crystals from nearby hills, feathers he found while wandering, and little tokens he thought you’d enjoy. Other times, he would spend hours helping you in the garden, his hands careful and his gaze admiring as he watched you work. He was good company, and soon, his visits felt like a natural part of your days, a friendship blossoming between the two of you.
One morning, you noticed Izuku was especially excited as he arrived, a glimmer of anticipation in his green eyes. “I was thinking… um, there’s a place I’d love to show you,” he said, his words rushing together with excitement. “It’s just beyond Pristine Plains, in a forest called Elkwood. I visit it sometimes when I need to clear my mind. But I think… you’d really like it there.”
Curiosity sparked within you, and you nodded eagerly. “I’d love to see it. Lead the way.”
Together, you made your way through Pristine Plains, the familiar paths soon giving way to denser trees as the two of you ventured into Elkwood Forest. The moment you crossed the threshold, you felt a subtle, gentle shift in the air, a kind of magic woven into the trees and the ground itself. It was as if the forest welcomed only those who carried kindness in their hearts, a feeling that wrapped around you like a warm embrace.
The trees in Elkwood were taller and grander than any you’d seen, their trunks wrapped in glowing moss and their leaves shimmering with a faint, silvery light. Flowers in colors you couldn’t name bloomed around you, their petals glowing softly under the dappled sunlight.
“Oh! Look over here!” Izuku called softly, pointing to a small group of fairies that flitted about in the air, their tiny, glowing wings leaving trails of golden light as they moved. They seemed curious, hovering close to the two of you before darting away with musical laughter.
As you wandered deeper into the forest, you came across a pond, its water so clear it looked like crystal, reflecting the magical surroundings like a mirror. Baby dragons splashed in the shallow end, their scales glimmering in shades of blue and green, their playful cries echoing across the water. You felt as if you’d stepped into a dream.
Izuku watched your expression with a fond smile. “It’s amazing, isn’t it?” he murmured. “Only those with true kindness in their hearts can pass through the border surrounding this part of the forest. That’s why… well, that’s why I thought you’d love it here.”
You turned to him, touched by the warmth in his words. “It’s beautiful, Izuku. Thank you for sharing this with me.”
He beamed, his gaze softening as he looked at you. “I’m just glad I could share it with someone who sees it the way I do. Most people don’t notice the little things, you know? Like how the flowers glow… or how you can hear the fairies singing if you listen carefully.”
The two of you sat by the pond, watching as the sun set behind the trees, painting the sky in shades of pink and orange. The soft chirping of the forest creatures filled the air, and for a long time, you both just sat in peaceful silence, absorbing the magic of the forest.
As dusk settled, Izuku turned to you, his eyes reflecting the gentle glow of the forest. “Thank you for coming here with me. I… don’t have many friends, you know? And I… I’m grateful for you.”
Your heart warmed at his words, and you reached out, giving his hand a gentle squeeze. “I’m grateful for you too, Izuku.”
And as the stars began to twinkle above, you knew that this friendship—this bond—was something truly special, one that had grown from simple kindness and blossomed into something magical, as rare and beautiful as the forest around you.
